Things to Consider
The REX Horse Racing League invests in live animals which carries inherent risks and uncertainties, and participants should carefully weigh the possibility of loss alongside the potential for gain.
As an independent exchange owner, you are responsible for evaluating your own financial situation, objectives, and risk tolerance before choosing to participate.
Profits and losses within the league are determined by the racing performance, breeding rights, and eventual sale of the horses owned by the league, after deducting operating expenses.
The funds you use to capitalize your exchange are converted into shares at $1.00 per share, establishing your ownership stake in the league’s racehorse assets. These shares are not publicly tradable and cannot be sold on public markets. All trading must occur privately between league members through the league’s exclusive trade portal.
Trading profits and losses within the REX Horse Racing League are entirely separate from horse earnings. Your results depend solely on your ability to strategically buy and sell shares. All share values are set by member‑driven bid and ask prices tied to the performance and market value of the league’s racing assets.
